PRICING INFORMATION
All pricing indicated on this website are based on building in the local Albury Wodonga area and are subject to change without notice. Other locations will be quoted separately. All prices quoted are for blocks up to 700m2 in local Albury Wodonga urban areas on a flat site with up to ‘H1’ type soil classification. Sloping blocks with up to 2.0m of fall will incur an additional $6,500. Slopes greater than 2.0m will be quoted separately. For blocks over 700m2 and up to 900m2 an additional $1,000 will apply for service connection. All prices are for the ‘CASHMERE’ facade unless stated. Other façade options are available and will be priced separately. No allowance has been made for any additional works which may be required as a result of Bushfire Attack Level, all costs to be advised after site assessment and calculation of BAL rating. All prices are subject to change to accommodate energy rating requirements specific to the clients proposed building site, all additional costs to be advised after energy rating. Prices are subject to change without notice. Website weekly repayment amount is calculated on the assumption of a 30 year loan for the noted Fixed Price Package amount less 10% deposit, less fees, less $10K NSW First Home Owner’s Grant (subject to Revenue NSW eligibility), not inclusive of lender’s mortgage insurance, with a variable interest rate of 4.92% p.a., comparison rate of 4.96% p.a., and 5 years of Interest-Only repayments. Rates, fees and conditions are indicative and are effective as at 12th Sept 2018, and are subject to change without notice. Repayments do not include government charges or purchasing costs.
